“You grow it, we mow it” were the strong words issued by police officers after they uncovered cannabis grow in the Derbyshire village of Renishaw. The grow was discovered on Friday, August 26, at an address in the village and involved officers from both the Bolsover and Clowne Safer Neighbourhood Team and Killamarsh Police Station.

Once the grow was found by the officers they added that it had been dismantled and the cannabis plants removed. The people involved in the grow have been spoken to by officers although no one was arrested.

Pictures taken at the scene show a skip being delivered and then filled with all the equipment needed to keep the plants growing. The items have now been taken from the scene in Renishaw along with the plants.
